If you answer "Yes" to any one of these questions, you need to make or review your existing Last Will and Testament.

1. Do you have any assets?

2. Do you have dependant adult children?

3. Do you have any underage children?

4. Have you recently married or are you     contemplating marriage?

5. Do you have any assets outside of the Province of     British Columbia?

6. Have you recently divorced?

7. Do you have assets solely in your name or as a     tenant-in-common?

8. Do you have grandchildren?

9. Has your spouse recently passed away?

10. Do you have RRSP or RRIF on which tax will be      payable on your death?

11. Do you anticipate long distance travel and wish       to ensure all is in order before flying, sailing, in       case of accident, etc.?

12. For the purpose of Estate Planning. In the event       you die without a Will (Intestate) your estate       would be disbursed to your heirs in accordance       with the Intestate Succession Rules, but would       this best serve your wishes and would it result in       tax payable by a beneficiary to their detriment?
